Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Boneless Chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Let's begin with marination. In a bowl, place the boneless chicken breasts. For the marinade, Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, a pinch of sugar, ground garlic, salt, ground ginger, and apple cider vinegar.
  • For 15-20 minutes, leave it aside.
  • Roast your chicken breast over medium heat. Little by little, add the marinade.
  • Cook your chicken for 1 hour or more until it is tender and edible.
  • Put the chicken on a serving platter and whisk the cornstarch with cold water into the marinade.
  • Combine all ingredients in a pot and let them boil until combined.
  • Put it on the chicken breasts and season with pepper.
