Teriyaki is a tasty and simple Japanese stir fry dish that can be made with either chicken or steak. It can be delicious on its own, but you can also make it a unique twist by marinating the chicken or steak in soy sauce.
Let's begin with marination. In a bowl, place the boneless chicken breasts. For the marinade, Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, a pinch of sugar, ground garlic, salt, ground ginger, and apple cider vinegar.
For 15-20 minutes, leave it aside.
Roast your chicken breast over medium heat. Little by little, add the marinade.
Cook your chicken for 1 hour or more until it is tender and edible.
Put the chicken on a serving platter and whisk the cornstarch with cold water into the marinade.
Combine all ingredients in a pot and let them boil until combined.
Put it on the chicken breasts and season with pepper.
