Ingredients

  • 4 large-sized potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Buffalo-style hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  • The first thing you should do is preheat your oven to 400 degrees, which is the appropriate temperature. Spray the baking pan with the cooking spray and line a baking sheet with it.
  • Cut the large potatoes into dice using a sharp knife on the cutting board.
  • You'll need a plastic bag. Bring it and add the diced tomatoes to a plastic bag.
  • In the packet, add all the coatings and seasonings.
  • Add the garlic powder and onion powder. Next, sprinkle black pepper and salt.
  • After that, shake the wedges well inside the plastic bag. By doing this, the potato wedges will be well coated in the bag.
  • On the greased baking sheet, spread the potato wedges and bake until browned. After they are crispy enough, remove them from the oven.
  • Dip the cooked potato wedges in the melted butter mixed with the hot pepper sauce.
  • After that, place the wedges on a serving platter and drizzle the salad dressing over them.
  • You can serve the dish with a fork and enjoy it.
