Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz  Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar
  • 10-12 jalapeno peppers halved and seeded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Add cream cheese and shredded cheese to a bowl and mix well. Put a few tablespoons of this mixture into each pepper half.
  • Make sure you have separate bowls for milk, flour, and breadcrumbs. To prepare jalapenos, dip them in milk, then in flour, then back in milk.
  • Coat peppers with bread crumbs by dipping them in the bowl. You can re-dip them in milk and back in breadcrumbs to make sure they are coated.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. When the jalapeno peppers are golden brown, fry them for a few minutes.
  • Place a paper towel-lined plate over the drain and allow it to drain. Dip in ranch dressing or any other dipping sauce of your choice.
