1 1/2 pounds Lean ground beef 2 bell peppers 1/2 yellow onion 1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon Seasoned salt 4 slices Provolone cheese 4 large eggs 1/4 cup Heavy cream 1 teaspoon Hot sauce 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Use non-stick spray to spray a 9x9 baking dish.
Make bite-sized pieces of peppers and onions. Garlic needs to be minced.
Stir the crumbled ground beef into a skillet and cook over medium heat.
Adding peppers, onions, garlic, and seasoned salt to beef, while it is still pink, will facilitate the breaking apart of the meat.
After the beef has cooked through and the vegetables have softened, continue cooking, stirring frequently.
Fill the baking dish with the mixture after draining the skillet of grease.
Place small pieces of cheese over the beef mixture.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, cream, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Put the dish in the oven after pouring the egg mixture over the beef. Once the eggs are set, bake them for 35 minutes.
Before serving, let it sit for 5 minutes.
