Equipment

  • Measuring Cup
  • Lemon Juicer
  • Mixing Spoon
  • Measuring Utensils
  • Chef’s Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Pitcher

Ingredients

For The Dill Pickle Lemonade:

  • 8-10 Ounces Mount Olive’s Pickle (Juice Only)
  • Fresh Lemonade
  • 1 Quart Ice
  • Pickles Spears For Garnishing

For The Fresh Lemonade:

  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice From About 10-12 Lemons
  • 3 cups Cold Water

Instructions

  • Cut up 10-12 lemons using the cutting board and chef's knife. To make juicing easier, cut the lemons directly in half.
  • Juice all the lemons in a measuring cup using a lemon juicer. Ensure that no lemon seeds have fallen into the measuring cup, and remove them if they have. If not, cut up and juice more lemons until there is 1 cup of lemon juice.
Pour one cup of lemon juice into the pitcher.
  • Use the measuring cup to measure the cold water. To the pitcher, add the lemon juice and three cups of cold water.
  • Using a measuring cup, measure out 1/2 cups of sugar. Fill the pitcher with cold water and lemon juice. Use a long mixing spoon to mix it well.
  • Make 10 ounces of pickle juice by measuring 10 ounces of Mount Olive's Dill Pickles. Put the lemonade in a pitcher. Combine well.
  • Serve in a glass garnished with pickle spears. You'll love it!
