  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 pint  Half and half
  • 4 ounces  Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon  Garlic powder
  • 16 ounces Linguini pasta (cook according to package directions)

Instructions

Alfredo sauce preparation:

  • Melt butter in a saucepan.

Pasta Directions:

  • Follow the package directions for cooking the pasta. Drain the pasta.

Assembly:

  • A large bowl of pasta should be topped with Alfredo sauce. Mix well. Add crab meat once the pasta has been mixed. Gently fold the crab meat into the pasta. Immediately plate the pasta and crab meat.
