Ingredients
  

  • 5 ounces Spinach (frozen and chopped)
  • ¼ cup Artichokes (diced) I personally prefer marinated
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic (chopped)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 
  • 1 tablespoon Asiago cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon Romano cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese for the top

Instructions
 

  • Let spinach thaw and squeeze out the excess liquid.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add the flour to the melted butter. Allow the sauce to cook for about one or two minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the cold milk to the sauce and stir until it becomes thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Then, add the spinach, artichokes, garlic, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Asiago, Romano, and cream cheese to the pan. Continue stirring until the dip is heated through.
  • Put the dip in an oven-proof dish.
  • Add Mozzarella cheese to the top.
  • Place the dip under the broiler in an oven. Cook until it begins to brown on top.
  • You are now ready to serve and enjoy!
