This is a Cheesecake Factory Tuscan Chicken Recipe. I love to eat chicken, and I love it more when it’s spicy. Cheesecake Factory Tuscan Chicken is one of my favorite foods because it is so versatile.
1-(12-ounce) Jar quartered marinated artichoke hearts
¼cupBalsamic vinegar
2tablespoonsCapers,
1tablespoonChopped fresh basil
Instructions
Combine the sugar, salt, and water in a small bowl and stir until dissolved. Then, add the liquid to the resealable plastic bag with the chicken. Refrigerate for at least two hours.
In a small bowl, mix the tomatoes, artichoke hearts, vinegar, capers, and basil. Marinate for 2 hours (in the same manner as the chicken).
Heat your grill or grill pan in the oven at 425 degrees F.
Roast the vegetables with all the liquid on a baking sheet for about 20 minutes or until the tomatoes start to blister and burst.
Then grill your chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. A chicken breast can take anywhere from 8 to 12 minutes to cook depending on its thickness.
