  • 2 cups Shredded Zucchini
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Softened butter
  • 3 pcs Large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • ½ cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cloves

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F, then grease the bottoms of your loaf pans and set them aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together the sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Add the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, and nutmeg to another bowl.
  • Start beating the sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla mixture at medium speed.
  • In the next step, be sure to scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl frequently until the mixture is smooth.
  • Then, you should combine the dry mixture of flour, cinnamon, and salt from the other bowl with the wet mixture, and beat it at a low speed until everything is well combined.
  • Add the walnuts and zucchini to the mixture at this point and Stir. Then pour the bread batter mixture into the loaf pans and spread evenly.
  • Now you need to bake it for 55 to 65 minutes.
  • Check it by inserting a toothpick into the center of the pan, and it is okay if it comes out clean.
