Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Button mushroom (chopped)
  • 2 package (each 80z) cremini mushroom (Chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cups Chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon Chicken bouillon or chicken base
  • ¾ cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
  • 1 Finely chopped yellow onion (small-sized)
  • 4 cloves  Garlic (Finely crushed)
  • Pepper and salt

Instructions
 

  • Add olive oil, chopped garlic, onion, and garlic powder to a pan.
  • Heat the pot and cook them until they become soft.
  • Add all of the mushrooms and parsley, and cook for two more minutes.
  • Then add the chicken base and chicken stock. Stir well. 
  • Bring it to a boil for about 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Take a hand blender and blend the mixture until it is smooth. Ensure that the blender is fully submerged in the mixture, otherwise, it will ruin everything around it.
  • Cook the mixture at a low temperature for 10 more minutes.
  • Add heavy cream and butter, stirring well so the items are mixed well.
  • You can let it simmer for a few more minutes, but make sure it doesn't boil. Once it's done simmering, turn off the heat.
  • Salt and pepper can be added to season it.
  • It's now ready to serve with a sliced Baguette, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
