This is a very simple, classic Ruth Chris Stuffed Chicken recipe that is perfect for any time of year. It’s not difficult to make, but it is a little time-consuming. The important thing to note about this particular Ruth Chris Stuffed Chicken dish is that it is incredibly easy to make; however, it does take little time to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Thick chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
  • 1 Cream cheese (8 oz package)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 ½ tablespoons Dry hidden valley ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Sprigs of thyme leaves
  • Salt & garlic powder 
  • Paprika for color
  • Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • First, I'm going to preheat the oven to 450° F because it will take a long time, and at high temperatures, the chicken becomes more tender, crispy, and juicy.
  • Then, add a lot of cream cheese here. I will put the cheese in a bowl and smash it at room temperature. Then add 2 ½ tablespoons of dry hidden valley ranch seasoning powder.
    Also, Add Sprigs of thyme leaves as well. Next, add shredded sharp cheddar cheese into the mixture and mix well. Mash the mixture for one minute, then add salt and pepper. Continue smashing for one more minute. Amazing! There is a lovely smell coming from the mixture. 
  • Here's the chicken part. I'm going to take two thick skinless and boneless chicken breasts. The chicken pieces need to be thick for the mixture to be poured over them. Now I am cutting the chicken in middle.
    This time, I need to make a pocket in the pieces, so I need to be very careful. Once the pockets are made, I will fill them with the mixture. Afterward, I take some toothpicks and close the pocket to prevent the mixture from separating.
  • I'm taking a baking sheet and putting some olive oil on it now.Put the chicken pieces on the baking sheet. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, and garlic powder on the chicken. I'm using paprika to make the chicken brown. Let's put the chicken into the preheated oven now. It should take about 35 minutes to cook. 
  • The chicken is in the oven and I can't wait to take it out. I am actually hungry now. There is a wonderful smell coming from it. Let's bring out the Ruth Chris stuffed chicken now. I'm going to try a bite. This is delicious! It's crispy, cheesy, and creamy. I love it.
